Suggest a correction
Found something on these pages that does not match the app, or a question they do not answer? That is worth a minute of your time, and it is easy to pass on.
The quickest way
Tell us on GitHub with the name of the page and what is wrong or missing. A sentence is enough: "Insights says Free, the app says Free space" is a perfect report. You need a free GitHub account; nothing else.
From inside SpaceSharp, About › Report a bug opens the same form with your version and Windows already filled in, which helps when the question is about how the app behaves rather than what a page says.
Fixing it yourself
Suggest an edit, at the side of every page, opens the text of that page on GitHub. Change the words, describe the change in a line, and send it; it is reviewed and goes live on this site once it is accepted. The pages are plain text with a little formatting: **bold** for the names of buttons and settings, a blank line between paragraphs, and that is most of it.
What makes a good page here
- It describes the app as it is now, in the words the app itself uses: Safe to clear, Changes, Color by.
- It answers one question. If you are looking for something and it is spread over three pages, say so; that is a correction too.
- Plain words and short sentences. These pages are read by people with a full drive and no patience, which is fair.
Translations
The app speaks eighteen languages; these pages are English. If a translation in the app reads wrong, the Translating page says how to fix it.
